*There are four weekly workshops offered in this programme. Each session covers a unique topic that is essential in in helping you to lose weight i.e. Week 1 Personalised Meal Planning’, Week 2Calorie Counting’, Week 3 Grocery Shopping with Dietitians & Nutritionists’ & Week 4Mindful Eating’. These workshops are beyond classroom lecturing. Instead, hands-on components are built in to ensure true learning and real-life application in you.

30-days Guided Plans to help you achieve your health goals.  

You will be prescribed a balanced diet which includes juice recipes containing essential nutrients to help your body burn off body fats. Your coach will guide you to keep a food journal and provide you the  knowledge to make good food choices and portions. You will be taught on what is a healthy eating plan, how to count calories and given an overall understanding about nutrition.

I have tried other methods, however none are as fun and nutritious as making these healthy juices. The one-month journey had been great, thanks to the support from the Kuvings dietician and nutritionist, they made it possible to achieve what I thought was impossible. For me, having personal dietitian who always guide me regarding my dietary intake, was really helpful. She always
commented on my meals daily, if not enough of carbohydrate for example, she advised to add more and also explained the
function of it.

Also, throughout this journey, my bowel movements have improved a lot.

Due to work commitment, I barely having proper meal time in a day. After joined the program, i would say, proper meal time helped me to lose weight even though eat a lot but still follow the diet plan and the calorie requirement.
