Maintaining a healthy weight can be a challenge. Many a times, we wish to lose weight but we don’t do it out of lack of knowledge or motivation.

Being overweight is not just a cosmetic concern. It is a medical issue that increases your risk of other diseases and health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and certain cancers.

Under this programme, a trained dietitian or nutritionist will be assigned as your personal coach. For 30 days, this coach will be your tutor, menu planner, friend, encourager and the resource person to help you lose weight healthily. 

You will be prescribed a balanced diet which includes juice recipes containing essential nutrients to help your body burn off body fats.

Your coach will guide you to keep a food journal and provide you the  knowledge to make good food choices and portions.

You will be taught on what is a healthy eating plan, how to count calories and given an overall understanding about nutrition.
